Retail electronic payments have been re-energised by cross-sector co-operation, standardisation and the arrival of new wireless technologies. This means significant change, driven by banks, transit operators, retailers, telecommunications providers and governments around the world.

The 7th Consult Hyperion Digital Money Forum consisted of two days of interactive debate and discussion surrounding the subject of digital money. The programme covered key aspects of the implementation and use of digital money, including the regulatory, economic, social and technical issues.

The event attracted an international audience from 4 key industry sectors: Public Sector, Telecommunications, Media and Technology, Financial Services and Retail. Once again the forum was a great success, and will continue in the future.
